SUMMARY:Combating Invasive Plant Species
DESCRIPTION:Volunteers of all ages are welcome to join us as we learn about invasive plant species\, why they are detrimental to our environment and ways we can combat their wide spread growth. Start the day with a brief lesson about the impact invasive plants have on our native biodiversity and also how to properly identify these harmful plants and how to remove them. We will then be going to our multiple trails around our 122 acre non-profit farm to search out and remove invasive plant species. \n
