Through their service, members will build a more diverse and reliable volunteer base; increase our hours and ability to serve the community through emotional support, resource referrals, nourishing food options, and essential supplies; and foster a more cohesive community space. In addition, they will leverage over 200 volunteers that will be engaged in direct service, groups, and special projects. Essential Responsibilities: - Supervise volunteers during drop-in shifts, groups and other in-person activities
 - Act as drop-in shift leads/another layer of program management (responsible for day-to-day supervision of drop-in)
 - Track daily Logs (member visits and purpose of visits), T-Passes, other material goods and volunteer/intern attendance
 - Coordinate month to month schedules and special projects for volunteers and interns
 - Be available for emotional support, de-escalation assistance of members at the center
 - Creating systems and best practices that can be used continuously, even after fellow(s)
  transition - Support volunteer recruitment, postings, and communication efforts
 - Help develop strategic plan for diversifying our volunteer pool, training, onboarding, and
  orientation. - Complete a minimum of 750 hours of service, serving through June 24, 2023.
 - Attend a minimum of 6 Commonwealth Corps trainings and service events held by MSA post orientation.
 - Participate in a minimum of 30 minutes for half-time members of MSA-related activities each week. This may include filling out timesheets, completing a bi-monthly reflection or check-in, or other MSA-related tasks or activities.
 
 Marginal Responsibilities: - Be a part of the greater Commonwealth Corps community, including participating in cross-site learning
  groups, attending all 6 Commonwealth Corps events, and attending optional social/service events. - Admin & Maintenance: Updating Manuals, Master Communications list and other databases as
  instructed - Fostering thriving culture by maintaining CWC community guidelines and policies
