After-school tutoring, from 4:15-5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday. Students receive a light meal before tutoring begins.
Located across the street from the church, this “store” where everything is free, offers food items, clothing, and household goods. It is open Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
We collect and distribute school supplies, food, new clothes and toys, blankets and other gifts to neighborhood residents.
When disaster strikes, The Salvation Army is there to help. Volunteering to assist The Salvation Army during emergency situations requires special training.
We look for corporate groups to support our larger programs at various times in the year including the Christmas season.

IKP provides one-hour group presentations to high school and college students who are interested in learning more the child welfare system and how we can work together to improve the challenges facing abused and neglected children. Special emphasis is placed on the power of healthy relationships, empathy and community.
