Every survivor deserves one-on-one support and attention while navigating the immediate aftermath of domestic violence, rape, or sexual assault. 40-hr training – 2 shifts/month

Women’s Crisis Center regularly attends a host of community events including health and resource fairs, awareness events, community socials, and other gatherings.

From landscaping efforts to donation drives, from sewing hospital departure totes for survivors of sexual assault, to holiday toy-shopping for child survivors of domestic violence, we’d love to partner with your group for the benefit of those we serve!

Assist with various administrative tasks to help us stay organized.

Lead classes about GED preparation or other topics.

Driving clients to 12 Step meetings because meetings are an important part recovery.

As a volunteer, you will meet with your friend a minimum of four hours a month to share activities you enjoy such as movies, sports, shopping, coffee and a chat.

Help update the resource directory every 90 days, get email contact information and enter data for our website.

Pick up surplus food from our Food Donors (grocers, restaurants, etc.) and deliver it to La Soupe. Or, from La Soupe, deliver to our receiving agencies. Typically this will take an hour of your time.

Meet at La Soupe and then go to the location to teach high school students basic cooking skills, how to read and modify a recipe, and produce/spice recognition.
