Volunteers help us with sharing our message through public relations and social media.

Assist Teaching Fellows in class and collaborate with Teaching Fellows on lesson planning.

Care for an animal that is not yet ready for adoption, such as young kittens and puppies, cats and dogs nursing litters, those recovering from illness or injury, or those with special needs.

Help care for our dogs by leading them on our half-mile trail, doing training exercises, cleaning for wellness, and providing enrichment activities.

Help with cat care by brushing them, playing with them, and leading activities in the cat room.

Assist community members meet urgent food needs through the Annual Hunger Walk and Food Pantry Drives.

Help sort and distribute clothing, shoes and toiletry essentials.

Greet and escort clients through the pantry to help them select, bag and carrying items. (Must be capable of carrying 15 pounds)

Drive clients to and from the food pantry. You will be using your own personal vehicle (many clients use walkers)

Help wash all blankets, towels and soft toys (daily).
